Cynerra Technologies Inc., d/b/a Cynerra Technologies (“Cynerra”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a Canadian Federal Corporation based in Ontario, is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy aligns with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
1. Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy applies only to personal information collected through Cynerra’s company website (including any online contact forms, career application portals, or interactive features on the Site). It does not cover personal information that may be collected through other means, such as information we collect from our clients in the course of providing managed IT services, or any information handled offline. Those activities may be governed by separate agreements or privacy notices. Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services; this Policy does not apply to those third-party sites. We limit collection to information necessary for identified purposes. If you choose not to provide certain information, we may be unable to fulfill your request (e.g., responding to an inquiry). You are not required to provide personal information to browse our Site.
6. How We Use Personal Information

Cynerra is based in Ontario, Canada. However, some service providers may store data in the United States. In such cases, your information may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction. We use contractual safeguards to ensure a level of protection comparable to Canadian law.

- Retention: We retain PII only as long as necessary to fulfill the identified purpose, maintain business records, or comply with legal and insurance obligations.

10. Your Rights (Access and Correction)

11. Challenging Compliance
Our Privacy Team is responsible for our compliance with this Policy and PIPEDA. Inquiries or complaints should be sent to privacy@cynerra.ca. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Ontario.
